…and so far, I have no regrets about saying goodbye to Facebook. In the past week, I have written letters to three people, sent notes to three more and sent my son a clipping I thought he’d enjoy. It’s been amazing.
I have made slow and steady progress on sorting through all of the stuff once housed in my office and now occupying floor space in my living room. I just had a three day weekend, so I tackled the genealogy/photographs/memorabilia piles. Some of that was rough. Photos of my late husband really did me in.
Today wasn’t very productive, I’ll admit. JM called me and we ended up having a three hour conversation. I don’t consider that wasted time, though. It was a nice talk.
Tomorrow, it’s back to work. Only four days this week, but that’s the last shortened schedule until Memorial Day. I’m banking all that vacation and personal time for the new arrival in July. We find out if it’s a boy or a girl in about a month. I’m leaning toward boy, as is my daughter-in-law. But we shall see…
